Our organization is hosting a meat raffle on September 17, 2022, to support the City of Good Neighbors Alliance Program. The proceeds will fund youth scholarships and mini-grants for schools and community organizations, promoting a sense of community and goodwill... The Character Council of WNY exists to serve our community by fostering the development of positive character. Our Vision is thriving communities with positive character at their core... is to promote the benefits of good character and facilitate the continual development of character excellence within ourselves and those we serve.
