Amir Naghshineh-Pour, MBA is an Enrolled Agent, Certified Tax Planner (CTP), and registered financial advisor with FINRA. As the founder of Commpex Tax Strategies, Amir Naghshineh-Pour has many years of experience in financial planning, investment management, and tax planning. Originally Amir studied engineering at Virginia Tech and worked for several companies in Southern California before obtaining his MBA in finance and strategic planning from the California State University - Long Beach. His passion for financial management made him change his career from engineering to financial and tax advisory when he received his MBA in 2007. His enrolled agent (EA) designation is the highest credential awarded by the IRS that gives him the authority to practice before the IRS. The EA credential is recognized across all 50 states. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners, where he obtained his Certified Tax Planner certification. He is specialized in complex tax preparation, ProActive Tax Planning to minimize one's tax liability, asset protection, financial planning, wealth management, etc.
