We are an umbrella organization which establishes and manages community programs that serve youth, individuals, and families. Our primary purpose is to mobilize and energize collective efforts to improve the lives of people in Yavapai County... The bottom line for every partnership we facilitate and every dollar we bring to local communities is to equip organizations, families and youth with the resources they need to succeed today and tomorrow. Community Counts was established to help unite organizational efforts (across and between local communities), combine their resources, and obtain additional support for their worthwhile efforts.
