Heather Allen Strbiak (CPCC, ACC, MBA, SPHR) is a Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Heather is also a Seattle-area Human Resources executive with nearly 25 years of experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including deployment of enterprise HR Programs, coaching & developing leaders (from the C-Level Suite, to Individual Contributors new to the workforce), performance improvement, workforce strategies, organizational effectiveness, and team dynamics. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Sector Economics, as well as an MBA in Business Management. In her spare time, Heather is an active and enthusiastic supporter of Seattle Sounders FC, the Seattle Symphony, and a student of classic horror and suspense movies.
