Tomer Avital is Founder and President of DTA Investment Group Inc. (DTA) a premier investor and manager of Residential and Commercial assets. DTA specializes in complex deals, applying creativity and tenacity to achieve desired results.. Arriving to Los Angeles in 2003, Mr. Avital launched a construction company that began in the design and remodeling of bathrooms and kitchens. As the company grew Mr. Avital expanded the company's focus to acquisition, design, and construction of vacant land for construction of single family homes and Apartment Building Complexes. In 2009 DTA began investing in real estate and has purchased and sold numerous properties in Southern California, both to fix up and "Flip", as well as longer term development. As DTA's success in these endeavors was recognized, Mr. Avital was approached by equity investors to partner and manage their funds. In the ensuing decade Mr. Avital has further gained the trust of all his Investors. Mr. Avital's integrity and his insistence on a fully transparent business are corner stones of his values. DTA currently holds a varied portfolio of properties located primarily in Southern California with additional properties in Atlanta, Florida and Texas.
