Adam Cherry PA

Adam Cherry has been living in the Northwest for the past 5 years. Originally from Dallas Texas, he had previously worked in the emergency department for 6 years prior to coming to work with Dr. Jain at Columbia Asthma and Allergy. He enjoys trying to prevent disease and reactions rather than just treating patients after they have had a reaction or having problems with their asthma In his free time Adam enjoys spending time in the outdoors. In the summers he enjoys camping and hiking and during the winter he enjoys skiing.

Chau Brodnan

Chau N. Brodnan, MS, RD graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University. She spent most of her early dietetics career in acute care as a medical ICU and neuro ICU dietitian before transitioning to outpatient care for ALS individuals. More recently she has been working with allergy patients at Columbia Asthma and Allergy. Chau enjoys helping individuals find the joy in eating even with allergy restrictions. In her free time she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and 2 kids.

Julia Gibbons

Julia is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Julia received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Linfield College, in Portland, Oregon. She earned her Master's of Science from Indiana State University in 2019. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner she worked as a board certified emergency room nurse. As a PNW native she enjoys spending time on the lake with her family and spending as much time outside as possible.

Lyndon Lewis

Lyndon Lewis PA-C is an NCCPA nationally certified Physician Assistant who has completed a dermatology fellowship and has experience working in internal medicine before coming to Columbia Asthma and Allergy. Having a severe peanut allergy and seasonal allergies that he treats with allergy shots, he feels he can closely relate to his patients. He takes pride in treating food and environmental allergies but gets the most fulfillment when his asthmatic patients are able to breathe easier and no longer have to rely on their albuterol inhaler. Lyndon enjoys traveling to other countries, hiking, playing basketball, golf, fishing and many other sports. He was a member of an internationally known rock band for over 14 years and continues to play the electric guitar and record music whenever he gets the chance.

Melissa Hutton PA

Melissa Hutton is an NCCPA nationally certified Physician Assistant, licensed in both California and Florida. Melissa received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Florida Gulf Coast University, in Fort Myers, Florida. She received her M.M.S in Physician Assistant from Nova Southeastern University in 2011 and worked in primary care from 2011 to 2016 in Florida. She joined Dr. Jain at Columbia Asthma and Allergy Clinic in May 2016. Ms. Hutton lives in Alameda with her husband and dog, Sophia. She enjoys yoga, traveling, hiking, and reading.

Michael Noonan

Dr. Noonan switched from engineering to medicine when he realized that he wanted to work with people instead of design and numbers. After graduating from The University of Nebraska, he received his training as a pediatrician at the University of Oregon Medical Center, and later also went to the prestigious National Jewish Hospital for advanced training in Allergy and Immunology. Over the ensuing decades, he has cared for thousands of asthma and allergy patients. For every patient, he devotes as much commitment, energy, and heart as he would for his 13 kids and 28 grandchildren. He is also an accomplished clinical scientist well known for his pioneering research for the treatment of allergic diseases and asthma.

Sanjeev Jain

Sanjeev Jain, MD, PhD, is a renowned allergist and immunologist practicing at Columbia Asthma & Allergy Clinic, which has 12 locations in four states (CA, WA, OR, ID), and he travels to offices in all four states every week. Dr. Jain received advanced fellowship training from the allergy and immunology program at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. He earned joint MD and PhD degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed his residency training at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio. Double-board certified in allergy and immunology and internal medicine, Dr. Jain has held teaching positions and practiced at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. He specializes in immunotherapy and has been a pioneer in developing novel forms of immunotherapy, as well as creative protocols to optimize their effectiveness In Dr. Jain's experience, nearly all allergies can be treated by identifying a patient's triggers and desensitizing the body through immunotherapy to help them return to normal lives. Some of his groundbreaking contributions include, performing one of the first oral immunotherapy (OIT) treatment for food allergies in a private practice setting and the first multi-nut OIT in the world. Dr Jain's team was the first to desensitize patients to many different foods including coconut, garlic, shrimp, fish, oat, and buckwheat. At Columbia, Dr. Jain and his team have developed unique sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) protocols which are being used to treat a wide variety of medical conditions such as atopic dermatitis and eosinophilic esophagitis. Columbia was also the first private practice in the US to do lymph node desensitization treatments for environmental allergies. Dr. Jain has won numerous awards and has been consistently listed as one of America's top physicians over the past several years. He is also the co-author of the book, Treating Food Allergies With Modern Medicine.

Umesh Sab

Dr. Sab did his allergy and rheumatology training at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation, La Jolla, University of California San Diego and UCLA. Dr. Sab is board certified in Internal Medicine, Allergy and Immunology and Rheumatology. He is a Fellow of American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Rheumatology. He has been practicing in the community for over 36 years and is an active member on the professional staff of Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City. Dr. Sab has been the Director of Continuing Medical Education at Sequoia Hospital for over 10 years.
