The name was inspired by both the book Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert and the founder's passion for helping others to EAT well and keep FIT in order to optimize HEALTH. The logo was created with whole foods, the outdoors, and good health in mind... We provide nutrition and health consulting for your specific needs. Our services include: private nutrition and health coaching, grocery store tours, restaurant food allergy education, restaurant menu suggestions and analysis, worksite wellness lunch and learn classes, food and nutrition writing and more!... Eat Fit Health offers boutique nutrition and health consulting services located in suburban Philadelphia and nationwide. We work with individuals, groups, and companies who need customized services in the nutrition and health field.
