) hosts 41 "independent living" units for senior and disabled individuals. All units are one bedroom units, 1 bathroom, living room, equipped kitchen, pantries, and balcony. Each floor holds storage unit for tenants to store seasonal items, and a garbage chute room for their convenience. The first floor of the building is where the main office is located, library with computers/internet, and television. The laundry facility is located on the first floor with three coin-operated washers and three coin-operated dryers. Our large community room holds a large kitchen area for guests to utilized or schedule family gathers or monthly potlucks. Our building is secured with an intercom system so that no one is allowed in unless tenant allows them. We allow pets, with restrictions, and we are a smoke-free building.
