The hospital chains found that not only were the savings significant, but the consolidated agreements gave them much greater leverage in dealing with the elevatior companies. In addition, the fact that all locations were operating under the same terms, conditons and scope of work led to a much more stable maintenance envoirnment... In 2007, the firm began work with the owner of a large chain of hotels. In addition to performing a consolidation of their maintenance agreements, resulting in significant savings in their maintenance costs, we began to monitor their costs for work outside the scope of the maintenance agreement.
