EXPERIENCE
Federico joined ELSA LEX in 2009 as a trainee and then continuing as a registered lawyer.
He provides legal assistance, dealing also with sports law, with particular reference to the procedures before the sporting justice and arbitration bodies of the relevant professional leagues. He provides also advice, about civil law and criminal law.

Giulio joined ELSA LEX in 2010 after having gained significant experience in various areas of civil law, both judicial and extrajudicial.
EXPERIENCE
After completing his master's degree in law at the Catholic University of Leuven in 2015, Matthias decided to specialise in the sports industry by obtaining an LL.M. degree in International Sports Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia in Madrid. To complement his studies and gain further foreign experience, he joined Brazilian law firm Bichara e Motta for an internship, before joining Belgian law firm Van Goethem.
In 2017 Matthias joined ELSA LEX and is principally active in the international sports industry. He has special expertise in assisting athletes, clubs and agents regarding both contractual matters and in dispute resolution.
EXPERIENCE
Mr Rigo founded ELSA LEX in 2008 following a significant experience in a leading international law firm.
Expert in national and international sports law, he carries out both judicial and extrajudicial assistance to professional sports clubs of Serie A and B, to sports agents, football players, coaches, sports directors of international importance, with regard to the different issues related to the sector, as well as in the dispute before the national Courts, sports justice bodies, before FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne
In addition, he provides assistance in connection with transfers of players, sponsorship contracts, merchandising, as well as in relation to national and international regulatory issues.
