Christopher L. Siudyla received his Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University in 2007, graduating cum laude. Chris joined the Erickson, Davis, Murphy, Johnson & Walsh, Ltd. Law Firm in 2007. Chris completed his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science at the University of Illinois, graduating in 2004.
Chris has a varied practice, with an emphasis on business planning and litigation, probate and estate planning and litigation, and civil litigation. Chris also represents a number of local governmental bodies. Chris engages in all aspects of the general practice of law.
Chris is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, the State of Colorado, and the Federal District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Chris is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and Decatur Bar Association.
Chris serves on a number of local community boards including the Macon County Conservation Foundation, Woodford Homes, Inc., Charles Street Supportive Housing, and Camelot Supportive Housing.
David N. Reimer was born in 1983 in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2006 with a degree in Finance. He attended Northern Illinois University College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2010, graduating cum laude.
David joined the law firm of Erickson, Davis, Murphy, Johnson & Walsh in April 2011. He primarily engages in the areas of estate planning, bankruptcy, business transactions and planning, real estate and family law.
David was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2010. Additionally, he was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois in 2011 and the Southern District of Illinois in 2014. He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Decatur Bar Association and the Central Illinois Estate Planning Council.
Evan H. Johnson was born in Terre Haute, Indiana. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering in 1965 from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He received his JD in 1968 from the University of Illinois Law School. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army from 1968 - 1970.
He concentrated his practice in the areas of insurance defense (trial and appeals), civil litigation, estate planning, probate, and drainage and township law. He was a member of the Decatur Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Defense Counsel, and a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Frederick P. Erickson was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1966 and is a founding member of the firm. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Decatur Bar Association and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
He is a graduate of North Park College and Northwestern University School of Law. He primarily practiced in the areas of family law, criminal law and personal injury.
Garry E. Davis received a JD from Indiana University and was one of the founding members of the Law Firm in 1971. He has concentrated primarily in general insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage questions. He engages further in all aspects of the general practice of law.
Jack Kiley was born and raised in Shelbyville, Illinois. He graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign before moving to Chicago for an internship with the Chicago Blackhawks. While in Chicago, Jack attended DePaul University College of Law.
Jack is admitted to practice in the Illinois state and federal courts. Jack became a shareholder at Erickson, Davis, Murphy, Johnson & Walsh in 2010. His practice is primarily dedicated to representing parties in a number of litigated areas ranging from personal injury, property damage, negligence, premises/products liability, labor/employment disputes, discrimination claims, special education matters, and subrogation claims. He also dedicates a significant amount of his practice to counseling individuals, businesses and local governmental bodies in a number of legal areas. Jack is also a trained mediator.
Jack is presently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Assembly.
Jacob joined Erickson, Davis, Murphy, Johnson & Walsh, Ltd. as an associate in 2019. Jacob graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2013 and received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law with a certificate in Criminal Law in 2016.
Jacob is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Decatur Bar Association.
Prior to joining Erickson Davis, Jacob worked two years at a personal injury auto accident firm as a litigation attorney and interned with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office Felony Trial Division.
Jordan T. Klein joined Erickson, Davis, Johnson & Walsh, Ltd., as an associate in 2015. He received his Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law in 2012 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2009. While in law school, Jordan served as editor of the DePaul Journal of Art, Technology, and Intellectual Property Law.
Jordan's practice includes several facets of civil law including property and personal injury claims, contract negotiation, small business services, estate planning, advising local governments, and insurance litigation.
Before joining the Firm, Jordan worked with a civil litigation firm in Chicago, Illinois, where he gained significant trial experience.
Jordan is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, and the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. He is a member of the Decatur Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
Michael A. Walsh was born in West Point, New York, on July 19, 1955. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1977 from the State University of New York at Brockport. In 1984, he received a J.D. from Widener University, Wilmington, Delaware. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Managing Editor of the school's legal newspaper and a member of the law review.
He began his legal career in 1986 as an Assistant State's Attorney for Macon County, Illinois. In 1989, he joined the law firm of Erickson, Davis and Murphy, Decatur, Illinois, and became a partner in 1992. His areas of concentration are: civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, criminal defense, including DUI and traffic, residential real estate transactions, and worker's compensation. He is a member of the Illinois and U.S. Central District of Illinois Bars. He is married with two (2) children.
Scott Murphy was born in Abington, PA. He served in the U.S. Army 1967-1969, received his B.A. (1970) and J.D. (1973) degrees from the University of Illinois and has practiced in Decatur since 1973. He concentrates his practice in healthcare law, estate planning and probate, estate and trust litigation and business planning and transactions.
