Finca Mono Verde is a tropical learning and experimentation farm located in coastal Ecuador. The unique environmental, cultural and agricultural characteristics of the area make it an ideal place for experimenting with new ideas, reviving local traditions and creating an international learning center that supports a stronger and healthier community. Finca Mono Verde (aka Green Monkey Farm) is an ecological farm located on the northern coast of Ecuador. Our goal is to increase the use of sustainable agricultural practices in Tabuga and the region through experimentation, demonstration and education. We focus on Permaculture design, natural farming, sustainable building techniques and waste management to minimize our impact on the environment.
