With a diverse background in Management, Marketing, and Finance, Brian assists in many areas of the daily operations of Grid 7 Properties. He is also a licensed Realtor, so if you have any questions or issues as an Owner or Tenant, Brian will be happy to help you find the answer!
Brianna is our newest Leasing Agent at Grid 7 Properties. She works closely with Carriann and is involved with many aspects of our daily operations, including Tenant Relations, Site Inspections, and much more.

Carriann's first step is to listen and clearly understand exactly what her investors, buyers, or sellers want and need. Since she has lived and worked in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago for over 30 years, she's not dealing with "clients" - she's serving current friends and future neighbors.
Joe is one of our Primary Leasing Agents at Grid 7 Properties. He has a background in customer service which allows him to serve prospective and current clients with dedication and professionalism. His exposure to real estate and business have also furthered his understanding of the industry and prepared him with all the tools necessary to be a great asset to all of our tenants and property owners. Joe is a diligent and loyal team member who always puts the clients of Grid 7 Properties first.
Morgan is Grid 7 Properties' Office Manager. She handles all of the Invoices, Payments, Mailings, and other Office Administrative responsbilities! :)
