Mary Nell Klein is reliable, personable, honest, cheerful, patient, educated, and has a lifetime of experience with all ages. As a youngster, she started to nanny at the age of 11 for a set of twins who were born prematurely with several health problems and extreme needs. Since then, she has gained experience working with disabled, wheelchair bound, non-verbal children. She has also cared for those with Down's syndrome, autism, and various medical needs, including tube feeding.
