In the process of developing our psychophysical structure, we often lose contact with our ability to allow sensation to move. Our defenses disallow the bodymind integration and relegates the body to the role of automaton... My work is an expression of my deepest realization: an uncompromising devotion to embodiment. Over the decades, I have come to a deep understanding of how obstructions to embodiment can limit our ability to show up in our everyday lives with full awareness, presence, and feeling. Embodiment is the practice by which we integrate all aspects of ourselves, give expression to our spirit, and ground ourselves firmly to the earth and to this life. Each of us is our own wellspring of living energy.
