Ms. Dunne attended the University of Scranton and King's College and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. She began her career working as a Corporate Auditor for Litton Industries (Fortune 500), in Cranford, NJ for several years and subsequently worked for Loral Corporation (Fortune 500), in Manhattan, NYC. She was hired as a Corporate Audit Manager of The Loewen Group and was employed here until the North Eastern location was closed and all operations were moved to the company's headquarters. During her employment, she was responsible for hiring new auditors, assisting management with developing audit programs and strengthening internal controls, and conducting acquisition and fraud investigations. She was retained as a consultant for approximately six months until the transition to the parent company was completed. During this time, she was instrumental in assisting with the final wrap up and dissolution of operations. Ms. Dunne worked as a consultant for various prominent public accounting and private staffing companies for several years in audit, tax, and accounting before accepting her current position as Member at John J. Heck & Associates LLC.
