Arvin has a vast experience in the mining and construction industry. His past experience includes Operations Director of KCP operations in Nairobi where the company undertakes mining and crushing of pozzolana a key ingredient in the production of cement in Kenya.
Arvin is passionate about technology and has spearheaded the adoption of technological advancements within the company including the outfitting of our state of the artcrushing plant in Awasi.

Kolluru was appointed as the Chief Finance Officer of the Company in 2012. He holds a first class degree in business commerce and is a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI). His experience covers many aspects of the finance including accounting, internal audit and financial management.

Rajesh is our numbers and strategy guy. Working closely with the CEO he offers input in the analytical aspects of the business including and not limited to determining the viability of current and new business lines, review of product profitability and potential areas for cost improvement or revenue/ profit yield expansion.
He is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). And has experience in Internal and Statutory Audits
Sudhir has worked with the Company for over 25 years. He is the Chief Operating Officer with responsibilities from sales, business development, production and stakeholder groups' management especially with the Kisumu Community where the Company's main operations are located. He hold a Bachelors and Masters Degrees' in Commerce from India
Vimal is young and energetic leader with a First class bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Brunel University - London-UK. He has also undergone the Stanford Seed Program from Stanford University.
Under his leadership, the company is on a digital path; enabling the adoption of new strategies and technologies, reducing operating cost, investing in research and development into new products while maintaining high quality. He has ensured the effective and efficient running of internal processes and a highly trained staff, putting the company on the track to expansion.
