KTH MOTORSPORTS - Key Persons

James Wilson

Job Titles:
  • Crew Chief

Her career highlights include managing a team of over 50 employees, controlling a $20 million operating budget, developing strategic and financial analysis for over $3 billion of Federal construction, and routinely handling multi-million dollar lease negotiations, including her agency's largest office lease ever signed ($60million/year). Kendra admits to being "slightly" addicted to racing since her first taste at the age of 17 when she attended a local motocross race. She even began racing her own kart in 2007, but truly prefers the heart-pounding excitement of watching her team battle for the lead from the pits.

Tim Hill

Job Titles:
  • Team Manager, Driver
Tim has been racing for 22 years. He became involved in drag racing at the age of 12, but his family didn't have the money to support him in his own car. So he worked and saved, and by the age of 16, Tim managed to buy his own dragster. He ran (and won) local NHRA events for several years, and even landed a sponsorship from Jones Communications (now Comcast Cable). Around the age of 30, Tim turned his attention to coaching and supporting his niece in the junior dragster series. But he couldn't stay off the track for long, and soon he began road racing go-karts. It didn't take long before Tim had conquered the track in his kart, too, and he is currently first in points in both of his regional divisions. Tim's talents go far beyond his racing abilities. He is a talented mechanic and welder. He has built several dragsters, race cars and go karts, from welding the chassis - to building the motor - to painting the body. He even built his own beautiful custom chopper. Tim is a skilled elevator mechanic, and also owns a home improvement company. His management experience includes project management of multi-million dollar projects and running crews of 30+ men. Tim has been a volunteer fire fighter since the age of 18.
