Alexander has over 20 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Carret and Lumen, Alexander was CIO at a Hong Kong based multi-family office. Prior to that, he headed Investment Advisory Services at Julius Baer Hong Kong until 2011 with various other investing roles at Julius Baer and other banks before that. Alexander holds a MSc in Global Finance from HKUST and NYU Stern and a B.A. in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen.
Andika graduated from National University of Singapore. He has 10 years+ of experience in the wealth management industry as Assistant Relationship Manager (Citibank, DBS Private Bank) and Relationship Manager (Standard Chartered Bank).
Andrea is an experienced private banker, having worked in the wealth management industry for over 20 years. Before joining LCI, she was with Bank of Singapore, UBS and Westpac Bank.

Andrew has over 30 years' experience advising companies, financial institutions and governments on strategy, organization, policy and M&A/alliances in Asia and Europe. He has extensive experience in all matters relating to China and its integration into the world economy.
Boon Kwee has been in the wealth management industry for over 20 years, with United Overseas Bank, HSBC Private Bank and most recently, Credit Suisse AG where she was a Senior Assistant Relationship Manager in the Indonesia market team for the past 9 years.
Charlene has accumulated years of experience in private banking, compliance and operations, across various financial institutions since 2002 - namely United Overseas Bank, Morgan Stanley and DBS Bank. She graduated from University of London with a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance and holds an ICA Advanced Certificate in Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Christian B. Rosenow has worked in the financial industry for over 40 years. After holding various positions at well-known institutions in Switzerland and abroad, he joined a private bank in Zurich at the beginning of the 1990s, where he was responsible for asset management and reasearch as a member of the Executive Board in 1995. In 1997, Christian founded his own asset management company, which he was able to develop and manage successfully. In 2017, the company was sold to a larger finance company in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Since then, he is the manager of two larger investment funds and is active as a board member in various companies in the financial sector and industry
Darren has over 5 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry. Prior to joining Lumen Capital Investors, he was in front office roles with UBS and a Multi-Family Office. Darren graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Finance. He is also a CFP and IBFA holder.
Dawn joined Lumen Capital Investors (LCI) in 2019 from Credit Suisse AG, Singapore, where she was an Assistant Relationship Manager with the Singapore market for 5 years. Prior to that, she was in the same role at other US and European Private Banks.
Doris has over 8 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry. Over the span of her career, she has worked as an Assistant Relationship Manager at several private banks, including State Street. Doris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from University of London. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Dudley started his banking career at HSBC in Hong Kong. He rose to be the CEO of Commerzbank Trust after 13 years, until 2010. Prior to joining Lumen Capital Investors, he was a Director of Trident Trust in Singapore for 7 years .
Harsh has over 8 years of experience in the banking industry. Harsh started his career as an investment banking analyst at UBS, and prior to joining Lumen Capital Investors, he was an investment strategist at Credit Suisse Private Bank. Harsh holds a MSc in Geophysics from IIT Kharagpur and is a CFA holder.
A seasoned private banker, Jan started his career with UBS in 1996. He joined Lumen Capital Investors (LCI) in 2013.
Prior to joining LCI, he was Executive Director and Head of Independent Asset Manager Asia (Singapore)at Bank Julius Baer.

Laurent is a seasoned investment professional with 20 years of investment management and advisory experience. He has previously worked at RHB Asset Management, Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild and BGL BNP Paribas.
Mabel Teo - Chief Compliance Officer
Mabel has over 20 years' experience in the banking industry of which more than 10 years were in the KYC/CDD and Compliance roles in Investment and Private Banks. Prior to joining Lumen, Mabel was a Compliance VP at a Private Bank.
Mabel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management), and an ICA Specialist Diploma (Merit) in Anti Money Laundering.
Michael Chin is a seasoned investment bank and asset management professional with over 3 decades of experience working for global financial services companies. He currently heads up Shareable Assets, Pte. Ltd., which specializes in digitalizing capital markets in Singapore and Southeast Asia. He was formerly CEO of UBS Asset Management Singapore from 2015-2018 and CEO of UBS Hana Asset Management in Korea from 2010-2015.
Nadia has been in the private banking industry for almost 28 years. She started her banking career in Belgium, where she managed several key portfolios for Paribas Bank and ING Bank.
In 2001 she moved to Switzerland -Geneva- where she continued to build up her book of key clients with ING, before joining UBP Geneva in 2009. In 2012 she moved to Singapore to develop the UBP Singapore entity. Prior to joining Lumen Capital Investors in 2016, Nadia was a Managing Director at Union Bancaire Privee Singapore.
Nik has over 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Nik started his career as a corporate banker in Deutsche Bank AG, New York and prior to joining Lumen Capital Investors, he was a Managing Director at Societe Generale ASEAN region wealth management.
Sharon has been in the financial industry since 2003 and she started her wealth management career as a Relationship manager at DBS. She also acquired 10 years of Private Banking experience with Credit Suisse in the role as an Assistant Relationship Manager.
Sow Cheng is a dedicated wealth manager with over 10 years of experience. She started her banking career in 2011 with HL Bank Singapore, where she specialized in managing relationships in healthcare sector and provided financial advice at both corporate and personal level. She started managing investments as a private banker in CIC Private Bank in 2016. Prior to joining Lumen Capital Investors, Sow Cheng was a Director at Bank of Singapore.
Thomas is a 30-year veteran in the financial service industry, having worked for UBS, Credit Suisse, Zurich, Swiss Life and Singapore Life. Thomas moved to Singapore in 2008 as the CEO of Swiss Life. Before joining LCI, Thomas was the Chief Commercial Officer of Singapore Life, the Singapore grown Fintech Insurer.
An experienced and global professional with hands on business leadership experience in the Banking industry, and with over 30 years of Business and Marketing exposure in the Wealth Management space, spanning across India, Middle East and APAC, for HSBC, Swiss Banking Corp, UBS and CS. Prior to joining Lumen Capital Investors ( LCI ), Vish was a Managing Director with Marcuard Heritage (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
Vivien is a seasoned private banker with more than 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Prior to joining LCI, she was with UBS AG, HSBC and most recently with Credit Suisse AG, where she specialized in managing relationships of ultra-high net worth families.
Wilfried has been in the private banking industry for over 30 years where he managed several key businesses in Europe and Asia for Swiss Banking Corp, UBS and Bank Julius Baer. Prior to founding Lumen Capital Investors, Wilfried was CEO of Bank Julius Baer Singapore.
