Loughrea Rural Group Water Scheme is a co-operative involved in the supply and maintenance of a rural water scheme. Our aim is to provide a quality water supply to our members and to respond to queries and problems at the earliest possible opportunity... Loughrea Rural Group Water Scheme Co-operative Society Ltd is a co-operative registered with the Irish Co-operative Organisation Society (ICOS), registered number 5544R. It is also affiliated to The National Federation of Group Water Schemes It is owned by its 461 members who each have a one euro share ( 1.00). It is run by a seven person Board of Directors and is managed on a day-to-day basis by a part-time manager, Francis Cunningham. Our registered office is at Aille, Loughrea, Co Galway... We serve mostly the parish of Kilnadeema, but also parts of the parishes of Leitrim, Loughrea, Kilchreest and Kilconieron.
