Grace seasoned stockbroker with over 5 years experience as a Trader/Dealer. She joined Ndackson & Company Ltd as a General Manager, Operations & Accounts from WSTC Financial Services Ltd; a renowned financial services institution in February 2009.
At WSTC, she was a manager and head of the relations management department. She has over 18 years of accounting experience after working for the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP), a Government agency, at various capacities and left as a Chief Accountant to complete a professional course. She qualified as a Stockbroker in 2001.
An Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), Grace holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Accounting & Finance. She is also an Associate Member, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, having qualified in 2005. Grace Ndackson attended several training programs and professional courses at home and abroad.

Micah graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University in 1981 with a Second Class Upper Division Degree in Business Administration specializing in Banking and Finance. His post graduation experience, which spans over 30 years started at the Chase Merchant Bank, Kano and ended with FSB International Bank PLC (FSB) .
Micah worked at Citibank Nigeria (then known as Nigeria International Bank) between 1985 and 1993. His more than 8 years experience covered the entire gamut of operations, credit & marketing, branch operations & co-ordination, data management, audit and internal controls. At various times, he was also the branch coordinator, data center manager and chief inspector.
