Donald A. Swain

As Partner and Chief Investment Officer, Donald designs, evaluates, and directs all aspects of the firm's investment programs, while incorporating risk management, diversification, and return optimization. He monitors the debt and equity markets, focusing on valuations, trends, and macroeconomic indicators. He also oversees the research, evaluation, and selection of investment vehicles and makes decisions to align the investment selections with the organization's overall investment strategy. Donald is directly responsible for all trading (stocks, bonds, ETFs, and mutual funds), performance reporting, and asset allocation strategy. As Chief Investment Officer, Donald leads the firm's Investment Committee. Donald began his investment management career in 2005, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a BBA in Finance and Economics. He went on to earn the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 2010 and is currently a member of the CFA Society of Milwaukee.

Kirt D. Rezek

As Partner and Director of Financial Planning, Kirt assists clients in documenting their personal, professional, and financial goals and objectives and then develops a personalized strategy to assist in achieving those goals and objectives. Kirt oversees the firm's Financial Planning Committee. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining the firm's financial planning spreadsheets and ensuring that all clients receive the same quality of financial planning service. Kirt also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for developing and monitoring the firm's compliance program, ensuring that all activities of the firm meet regulatory requirements and acting as a liaison with legal and regulatory bodies on compliance-related issues. Kirt graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a BBA in Finance in 1999. Since 2000, he has dedicated his career to financial planning and assisting clients in achieving their financial goals. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ certification in 2006 and is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), an organization for fee-only comprehensive financial planning professionals.

Mark J. Vander Linden

As Partner and President, Mark oversees the firm's general operations, financial reporting, human resources, and marketing functions. Mark is also an active participant on both the Financial Planning and Investment Committees. In addition, Mark serves as a wealth advisor for many of the firm's clients, leading the firm's focus to provide superior client service while building long-term relationships through regular meetings and frequent contact. Mark graduated from Lakeland College with degrees in Business Administration and Marketing in 1994. Mark earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ certification and began working as a Financial Advisor in 2002. He then launched Professional Financial Management, Inc. (PFM) as an independent RIA in 2010. Mark brings a unique skill to the firm through his upbringing in agriculture. He has helped clients with the unique needs associated with farm operations and farm land ownership and has experience with multi-generational planning, real estate sales, rent negotiations, equipment purchases and leases, insurance needs, and retirement planning. These skills and experiences have proven relevant and valuable with business owners in general. Mark enjoys rural living and currently operates a small hobby farm, raising grass-fed beef in De Pere, Wisconsin.
