Mr. Roe has been specializing in the planning, landscape architectural design, and implementation of residential and resort based development projects for over 25 years. He has been extremely active and instrumental in the design and implementation of over 20 integrated golf course and resort residential communities throughout western Canada and the western United States. As a landscape architect with HSA, Mr. Roe was responsible for complete resort and golf course landscape design and implementation for residential golf communities. Mr. Roe helped to manage a diverse professional team in the development of Toscana Country Club, a world class golf course community developed by Sunrise Company, located in Indian Wells, California. During the past 15 years, he has worked with some of the finest golf course architects in the world, including Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Weiskopf on projects throughout the western United States. Prior to his career with HSA, Mr. Roe served as Design Associate with Nickels Golf Group in Novato, California, and as Design Associate and Landscape Architect with GPEC Consulting Ltd.in Calgary, Alberta. With both firms, he was responsible for directing all golf course, resort planning and landscape design projects.
