Since leaving University Richard has spent his time creating a buy to let portfolio in the West Midlands with the main focus on the student market. Each property was project managed while full renovations were undertaken to bring them up to a high quality finish. As a result, in 2015 Richard became an accredited Landlord in conjunction with the National Landlord Association. Whilst project managing multiple projects over the last five years, varying in size from full home renovations to home extensions finished to the client's specification, Richard has also sourced a number of property deals for his clients that have been looking to create their own portfolios helping them to start achieving their goals. Richard has used his project management skills in managing budgets, recruiting qualified trusted tradesmen, sourcing high quality fixtures and fittings, working with local authorities and architects to create high quality, desirable homes.
