Revere ADHC is a community - based program, which provides a variety of medical, therapeutic, rehabilitative and recreation services for older adults, seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our goal is to help prevent premature institutiolisation by offering stimulating and enjoyable group experience for the participants as well as respite time for caregivers... We are committed to excellence and superior service delivery. We have a proven track record of delivering personalized, high quality healthcare services to Medicaid recipients. In the course of past years we have gained experience and knowledge on how to provide Adult Day Health Care and other Home and Community Based Healthcare Services to the culturally-diverse population in urban and suburban locations and municipalities.
