Shine Dental is lead by award-winning celebrity dentist, Dr. Swapna Raveendranath. The dentist in Fremont, California offers teeth whitening, teeth bleaching, dental crowns, and emergency dentist services, in addition to being a certified Invisalign provider that also offers dental implants in the Bay area. Dr. Swapna Raveendranath prides herself on providing excellent care for her patients. She was named the Best Dentist in Fremont in 2016. Dr. Swapna is a very good and caring doctor; and staff are nice and helpful. I know Dr. Swapna for several years from her old office at Union City; their office at Fremont is in great location, has plenty parking. This office is very big and bright with more rooms and new facilities. I am happy with her treatment, but didn't get a chance to write a review. I want to address the negative reviews: People with physical and emotional discomfort tend to be impatient. Some jobs are difficult, especially jobs that deals with costumers and patients on edge. We need to understand that toothache is very discomforting, and obviously no one would like to experience it. It is expensive, it is painful, it is bloody, sometimes it is stinky and infected...what we can do about it? we have to deal with it and doctors are helping us to fix it. When we are in pain, scared, sad, stressed...we feel and see things different. When we are hungry going to a restaurant/home, delay in food service would make us very impatient. It's the human's nature. Think what would you do if you were dealing with many people with infection, pain, anxiety... sometime patients are late, canceling appointment, or need more time than expected, or need further evaluation... Nothing is set on concrete, no one is perfect. Reviews shouldn't be base on our feelings at the moment, it's not their fault. We are often neglecting proper attention and care for our teeth, that leads us to see them; they are here to help us. We'll see the results later and enjoy improvements for years and decades. I admire all professionals, and service men/women (especially doctors) who are serving the community everyday with patience. We owe them a big THANK YOU, THANK YOU to YOU Dr. Swapna :), and your nice and polite staff.
