Cody L. Skipper focuses his practice on state and federal investigations and litigation. Cody has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials in both state and federal court. He is a former state and federal prosecutor who twice received the Assistant Attorney General's Award for Distinguished Service. Cody is a member of the American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, and Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
