Hello! My name is Shannon Oswald and welcome to my "inquiring minds want to know" page! Below is a little information about me... My career in education began shortly after I arrived in Texas. I began working for North Harris College in their Testing Center as a part-time Proctor. Before long I was promoted to Coordinator, which involved running a testing center of my own at CyFair College. This was a great opportunity and a challenge, as the College was not yet open and I had two months to prepare and make an empty room into an effective Testing Center. It involved developing processes and procedures, training employees, and being ready on time, within budget. I also had the opportunity to watch the College and students grow for the following two years!... While working, I also continued my own education, receiving an Associate's degree from North Harris College and a Bachelor's degree at the University of Houston, Downtown. I went on to achieve my Master's degree in from Our Lady..
