Chad M. Hall, based in Marietta, GA, is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a minor in Business from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA (2007). His career in property management and asset oversight spans significant achievements in expanding departmental capabilities and portfolio growth.
As Director of Property Management, Chad demonstrated his strategic acumen by developing and expanding the Property Management department by 35% (8 MSF) within the first year. Chris Moffett is President of SK Investment Group, where he leads the firm's efforts to raise and deploy capital for opportunistic and value-add commercial real estate investments across the Southeast, with a focus on office, industrial, and healthcare assets. Moffett brings over two decades of experience in real estate, infrastructure, finance, and operational leadership to his role, with a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving growth, and delivering strong investor returns.
Prior to SK Investment Group, Moffett served as CEO of USA Groups, an engineering, steel fabrication, and construction company supporting telecommunications infrastructure. Before that, he spent nearly 20 years with Crown Castle, one of the nation's largest REITs. During his tenure at Crown, he held leadership roles spanning international acquisitions, commercial strategy, finance, and operations. As President of the South Area, Moffett led a team of 450+ employees responsible for managing over 11,000 wireless macro sites and 20,000 small cell nodes across the Southern U.S. and Puerto Rico, growing revenues from $182 million to $1.3 billion.
Earlier in his career, Moffett worked at Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs affiliate, managing domestic and international real estate portfolios on behalf of the Whitehall Real Estate Funds.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University, a Master of Science in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, and a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Outside of work, Moffett enjoys spending time with his wife, Maria, and their twins, Isabella and Nicholas. He values faith, family, friends and staying active.
Eric Vilar is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in property and facilities management. His expertise shines through his role as the head of Property Management for a prestigious 3-building Class A Medical portfolio, encompassing 360,000 square feet at The Commons at Lake Hearn in Sandy Springs, situated near the renowned "Pill Hill" medical district.
Eric's track record speaks volumes, notably overseeing a remarkable $75 million interior and exterior renovation project, coupled with equipment upgrades and the construction of a 375,000 square foot parking deck. Prior to joining SK Commercial Realty, Eric served as a Senior Property Manager at Fifth Street Management Company, where he successfully managed notable properties including the WSB TV Channel 2 building, the 2061 Peachtree Medical Office Building, and several retail properties totaling 10,000 square feet.

Jamie MacKrell brings more than 16 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, and team leadership to her role as Assistant Property Manager at SK Commercial Realty. Originally from Minnesota, she made Georgia her home in 2007.
Before joining SK, Jamie had a long and successful career at LGE Community Credit Union, where she held various roles, including 10 years in management. During her tenure, she developed a strong skill set in team coordination, client relations, problem-solving, and operational oversight-all critical competencies that translate seamlessly into the dynamic world of property management.
Her ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members alike makes her a valuable asset to the SK Commercial Realty team. Transitioning into the hospitality industry, Nicole served as a Training and Development Manager for four years, where her leadership shone brightly as she trained and mentored over 100 employees across three different locations in the bustling Atlanta area. Rebecca Jones grew up in Montgomery, AL, and graduated from The Montgomery Academy before pursuing a BA in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Alabama. Her career in property management spans over a decade, starting with roles in apartment communities while preparing for graduate programs in clinical psychology. However, her passion for property management led her to move to Atlanta for graduate school, eventually refocusing her career in multifamily asset management.
From 2015 to 2021, Rebecca managed Class A multifamily assets in the Atlanta metro area for Carter-Haston and Trinity Property Consultants. During this time, she gained valuable experience in client relations, asset value enhancement, market trend analysis, and tenant service. Notably, Rebecca played a key role in the largest multifamily transaction of 2021, managing a 712-unit asset acquisition valued at $144.8M in an off-market deal.
In 2021, Rebecca transitioned to commercial real estate, joining Lincoln Property Company as a Property Manager. Here, she oversaw a diverse portfolio of properties including class-A office buildings, medical offices, multifamily units, and condos. Her responsibilities included financial reporting, tenant relations, and managing property and tenant improvements. Currently, Rebecca is a Property Manager at SK, where she oversees a 317,141 SF portfolio consisting of Class-A office, flex, and medical office spaces. Her role involves financial oversight, tenant relations, and facilitating property improvements.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with friends and her dogs, reading, hiking, water activities, and attending live music events. These activities not only recharge her but also enrich her perspective in both personal and professional endeavors.
Sam has worked in Commercial Real Estate since graduating from the University of Georgia in 2015. Having experience in the analytical and sales side of the business has helped Sam represent a variety of investors, Banks, tenants, and private medical practices. Sam has completed over 100 transactions in Brokerage and Lending throughout the United States.
Sam began his Commercial Real Estate career in 2015 with Situs, underwriting CMBS Loans. As a client of UBS Bank's National Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities team, Sam underwrote over $1.0 billion in CMBS debt on refinances and acquisitions across all property types throughout the United States. Sam's primary duties included modeling property level underwriting pro-formas and cash flow projections, as well as communicate a property's characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses to potential investors through an asset summary report.
In 2018, Sam joined the Atlanta Office Agency Leasing team at JLL. Supporting a team of office landlord rep brokers across multiple clients and submarkets, Sam ran tours for prospects, drafted and negotiated lease proposals, produced financial analysis spreadsheets and provided leasing reports and data for clients. Leasing assignments at JLL included Terraces, 120 Interstate North, Perimeter Center East, Century Springs and The Grant Building.
In 2019, Sam transitioned to DT Spade, where he served as a Brokerage Partner. While at DT Spade, Sam completed over 60 Lease/Sale Transactions for office tenants, medical practices, and Office/Medical Property Owners. Sam has three times been a member of the ACBR's Million Dollar Club and was DT Spade's Top Producer in 2022. Notable Transactions include leasing 8,500 square feet to Piedmont Healthcare in Conyers, the sale of a 10,000 square foot MOB to Northside Hospital in Hapeville and managing a Portfolio of 10+ Edward Jones offices throughout the Atlanta area.
In February 2024, Sam joined the team at SK Commercial Realty as a Vice President, where he continues to represent Medical Practices, Medical Property owners and office users.
A native of Minneapolis, MN, Stacey Carmichael relocated to Atlanta, GA in 1991 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Stacey has over 20 years of experience in facilities management, is accomplished in developing and maintaining positive client relationships while managing multiple functions of building operations and maintenance. Stacey has been successful with 3rd party facilities management, construction, financial reporting, to name a few. In addition, Stacey maintained annual operating and capital budgets totaling $2.5 Million by planning, forecasting, and analyzing monthly reports, and providing variance explanations.
Prior to obtaining her current position with SK Commercial-Atlanta, Stacey was a General Manager for commercial maintenance company and general contractor. She managed day to day operation procedures by leading teams of technicians, client services, revenue growth, and vendor sourcing. She was continually driven to drive profitability, control costs, and improve processes.
In her free time, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and two kitties, watching football, traveling, and caring for her plants.
