Chris Moffett is President of SK Investment Group, where he leads the firm's efforts to raise and deploy capital for opportunistic and value-add commercial real estate investments across the Southeast, with a focus on office, industrial, and healthcare assets. Moffett brings over two decades of experience in real estate, infrastructure, finance, and operational leadership to his role, with a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving growth, and delivering strong investor returns. Prior to SK Investment Group, Moffett served as CEO of USA Groups, an engineering, steel fabrication, and construction company supporting telecommunications infrastructure. Before that, he spent nearly 20 years with Crown Castle, one of the nation's largest REITs. During his tenure at Crown, he held leadership roles spanning international acquisitions, commercial strategy, finance, and operations. As President of the South Area, Moffett led a team of 450+ employees responsible for managing over 11,000 wireless macro sites and 20,000 small cell nodes across the Southern U.S. and Puerto Rico, growing revenues from $182 million to $1.3 billion. Earlier in his career, Moffett worked at Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs affiliate, managing domestic and international real estate portfolios on behalf of the Whitehall Real Estate Funds. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University, a Master of Science in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, and a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Rebecca Jones grew up in Montgomery, AL, and graduated from The Montgomery Academy before pursuing a BA in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Alabama. Her career in property management spans over a decade, starting with roles in apartment communities while preparing for graduate programs in clinical psychology. However, her passion for property management led her to move to Atlanta for graduate school, eventually refocusing her career in multifamily asset management. From 2015 to 2021, Rebecca managed Class A multifamily assets in the Atlanta metro area for Carter-Haston and Trinity Property Consultants. During this time, she gained valuable experience in client relations, asset value enhancement, market trend analysis, and tenant service. Notably, Rebecca played a key role in the largest multifamily transaction of 2021, managing a 712-unit asset acquisition valued at $144.8M in an off-market deal. In 2021, Rebecca transitioned to commercial real estate, joining Lincoln Property Company as a Property Manager. Sam has worked in Commercial Real Estate since graduating from the University of Georgia in 2015. Having experience in the analytical and sales side of the business has helped Sam represent a variety of investors, Banks, tenants, and private medical practices. Sam has completed over 100 transactions in Brokerage and Lending throughout the United States. Sam began his Commercial Real Estate career in 2015 with Situs, underwriting CMBS Loans. As a client of UBS Bank's National Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities team, Sam underwrote over $1.0 billion in CMBS debt on refinances and acquisitions across all property types throughout the United States. Sam's primary duties included modeling property level underwriting pro-formas and cash flow projections, as well as communicate a property's characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses to potential investors through an asset summary report. In 2018, Sam joined the Atlanta Office Agency Leasing team at JLL. Supporting a team of office landlord rep brokers across multiple clients and submarkets, Sam ran tours for prospects, drafted and negotiated lease proposals, produced financial analysis spreadsheets and provided leasing reports and data for clients. Leasing assignments at JLL included Terraces, 120 Interstate North, Perimeter Center East, Century Springs and The Grant Building. In 2019, Sam transitioned to DT Spade, where he served as a Brokerage Partner.
