Special Call, LLC was founded in January 2013 by David T. Phelan with the intent of providing teaching, consulting, and litigation support in matters involving fire investigation and a variety of fire, building, mechanical, and life safety codes... We work directly with property owners, facility managers, and designers to help navigate the often complex and misunderstood fire and life safety regulations.
