Swami Vivekananda Primary School (SVPS) is an elementary school for underprivileged children of Rothe Village, Palghar. The school fills a critical gap in primary education in the area.The trustees and teachers believe in a learning process that is enjoyable for children and emphasizes "learning by doing". The school fosters a nurturing environment that encourages children to actively participate in the learning process. The goal of the school is to motivate children to seek further education and skills towards improving their own lives and that of the community they live in... Women's safety is one of our very strong core beliefs. We conduct regular sessions on women's safety where we teach them how to keep themselves safe.
