Keith Greggor founded The Griffin Group in 2007 to pursue and create opportunities within the drinks industry. Prior to forming The Griffin Group, Mr. Greggor served as COO and CMO of Skyy Spirits which he helped grow from a small single brand company in 1998 to a significant multi-brand company in 2006. He was responsible for planning, development and execution of the company's strategy together with managing the day-to-day operations with a primary focus on marketing. Previously, he was VP Business Development & Operations at The Paddington Corporation where he streamlined the operational activity of a $350M business unit. As Group Marketing Director, he developed an array of brands including Baileys and Malibu. Keith's beverage alcohol career began when he joined IDV's first group marketing structure in 1983, primarily concerned with strengthening marketing practices and new brand development. Keith has a long-standing history of leading embryonic brands and companies through their tipping points to prolonged success.

An industry veteran of 40 years, Anthony P. (Tony) Foglio came onboard The Griffin Group as Chairman in 2008. Prior to that, he was president and chief executive officer of Skyy Spirits. The company, which grew tenfold under his stewardship, developed a wide portfolio of owned and agency brands. Previously, Mr. Foglio was president and chief operating officer of International Distillers and Vintners, North America, the forerunner of industry giant Diageo. At IDV-NA, he carried out a $1 billion consolidation of IDV's North American three operating units that were responsible for brands such as Smirnoff, Baileys, Jose Cuervo, J&B, Malibu and Bombay. In 1986, he joined the Paddington Corporation one of IDV's US operating units, eventually being elected President and CEO in 1993. Mr. Foglio began his career in 1969 with Scott Paper Company, before joining the Theodore Hamm Brewing Company in 1971. Named "Executive of the Year" by Market Watch Magazine in 1997, he is well respected within the industry for his integrity and visionary leadership.
