Ian is a highly experienced, strategic film and TV publicist who has worked with some of the world's most exciting filmmakers including Danny Boyle, Kevin Macdonald and Ridley Scott.
He has more than 16 years experience managing the PR for top professionals and companies in the entertainment industry. Before launching his own consultancy McAinsh Consulting in 2007, Ian previously set up DDA Consulting. Prior to that, Ian spent five years with the UK Film Council, where he was the organisation's publicist from its inception in 2000. He began his film career working at Samuelson Productions in the 1990s.
Jana is a film marketing professional with extensive international experience. She has worked for recognized London-based Sales and Production Companies including: Capitol Films, Peace Arch Films, Target Entertainment and Goldcrest Films.
During Jana's 10 years in film marketing she has been responsible for a wide range of international marketing tasks. These include the development and implementation of film marketing strategies, film markets and festival release strategies as well as corporate marketing.
Jana started her career producing several award winning short films, notably Academy Award nominated "Most". She founded and produced Prague Indies Film Festival. In addition Jana co-organized alongside Sundance Institute the Sundance Central-European Screenwriter's Lab.
With over 25 years in the entertainment industry, Patty's varied experience allows her to view an agreement from both sides with concise and creative results. Prior to establishing her independent consulting and legal practice, Patty was the Director of Business Affairs for the Los Angeles office of Goldcrest Films International where she drafted, analyzed and negotiated agreements for the international film business, including sales agency, production, finance and distribution agreements, music and merchandising licenses, and collection agreements. She has worked with most of the major studios and worldwide distributors, and is skilled with the various requirements of legal delivery, from chain-of-title to music clearances to copyright registration.
Patty received her B.A. in Communication Arts from Loyola Marymount University, and her J.D. from Whittier College School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in California.
Pietro has extensive experience analyzing film projects from both a commercial and creative perspective, providing detailed script notes, box office comparative analysis, recoupment modeling and advising on worldwide market value based on proposed creative and financial elements.
Pietro first gained development experience in New York at Killer Films. Later he worked across domestic distribution and international sales at Magnolia Pictures.
In London Pietro spent several years at Goldcrest evaluating projects for potential investment and/or sales representation, helping identify films such as Andrea Arnold's Wuthering Heights and The Iron Lady. He studied Film at NYU and Business at Milan's Bocconi University.
Susan has worked in entertainment public relations and marketing for 25 years. Prior to launching her company Susan Senk PR based in New York City, in 1996, she was Vice President of International Publicity and Promotion for Columbia TriStar International Film Distributors, based in Los Angeles.
Susan has also held the positions of Vice President Publicity and Promotion for Vestron Pictures, of which she was a founding member in 1981, and Vice President Creative Services for Vestron International, working out of its European office to direct the launch of overseas operation and international marketing of video products. Susan began her career in the music industry.
Vanesa is an accomplished Supervising Sound Editor, Sound Designer, Media Composer, Music Editor, Location Sound Mixer and Recording Engineer. She has been working alongside Oscar winning directors Walter Salles (On The Road), Guillermo Del Toro (Hellboy 2), Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu (Babel, 21 Grams, Biutiful), Kevin Reynolds (Robin Hood, Tristan & Isolde) and with countless highly regarded actors including Robert Pattinson and Javier Bardem.
Vanesa classically trained as a flutist and a pianist and graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in the Media and Applied Music Course where she studied under Nick Ingman and Rick Wentworth.
She runs Tate Post with her business partner Dominique Devoucoux.
