TRI-STATE TURF RESEARCH FOUNDATION

The Tri-State Turf Research Foundation is concerned with finding environmentally safe controls for turfgrass pests and problems common to tri-state area golf courses in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Orchestrating the foundation's activities is a Board of Directors made up of three representatives from each of the six affiliated associations: the MetGCSA, New Jersey GCSA, Connecticut AGCS, Long Island GCSA, Hudson Valley GCSA, and the MGA... Operating via donations from clubs and vendors in the tri-state area, the foundation works with researchers at several universities in the Northeast-Cornell, Rutgers, University of Connecticut, University of Massachusetts, University of Rhode Island, and most recently, Penn State.
