WISE

The Program for Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) was founded in 1986 by a group of Iowa State University faculty and staff. WiSE is committed to advancing our land-grant mission of ensuring an ISU education is accessible to all. WiSE supports undergraduate students in the following academic colleges: College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, College of Design, College of Engineering, College of Human Sciences, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and the Ivy College of Business... WiSE is a supportive and empowering community for all Iowa State students majoring in STEM disciplines. WiSE provides resources, engaging experiences, and meaningful connections so that our WiSE students excel in their studies, approach their careers with confidence, and become leaders in their communities.
