The sites production had been closed for a few months and was re-established under the partnership of John Barr, Andrew Gillon and David Murdoch who have developed the business to offer high quality products for the Agricultural, Construction and Waste markets. Solway Precast had the reputation of producing high quality precast products and this ethos has been taken forward by the new business.
