Andrew joined HCMUK in May 2015 as Chief Finance Officer and Company Secretary, after previously working for the Company as Accountant between 2006 and 2011. During his time away Andrew worked as Finance Manager for a national independent provider of private healthcare. Prior to joining the Company Andrew held a number of financial roles within the automotive industry. As a chartered accountant, Andrew is responsible for the Company's finance and accounting function, as well as Governance & Compliance, Human Resources and IT.

Dave joined HCMUK in April 2018 as CEO. He previously held various roles within an OEM manufacturer of construction & agricultural machinery, and within a large agricultural dealer group at different points. Having originally trained as an agricultural engineer, he has had a lifelong interest in machinery and has worked in the industry throughout his career.

Mark started working for the previous dealer HM Plant in 2000 as a salesman in South Wales. Having left the business in 2008 he returned in 2013 to take up the role of Mines and Quarries manager for the UK. In 2019 Mark was appointed as National Director of Sales & Marketing, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both construction and quarrying equipment.

Steve joined HCMUK in July 2014 as Central Service Manager. During his career he has held equipment maintenance roles at every level in the Surface Mining and Construction Industry. Working within an OEM dealer and several large mining equipment fleet operators has given him a wealth of industry experience. In 2019 Steve was appointed as Director of Product Support and has since moved the Central Service and Workshop operation to a dedicated Product Support facility at the Port of Tyne.
