After closing a small restaurant in Nixa, MO, Connie (my better half) came to me and said "why don't we get our CDL's and drive all over?" We went to driving school and drove as team company drivers and within a year we bought our own truck. At that time I started 1UP Express Freight, LLC. We are now leasing our fleet to FedEx Custom Critical. We hire only... Communication is the key to the successful 1UP Express business plan.
