Jaire Winesberry is a U.S. Army Veteran and the CEO and Founder of Bird's Eye View, Life Coaching & Consulting. After serving four years on active duty as a Non-Commissioned Officer, Jaire pursued his Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership at Faith Evangelical College & Seminary. Since then, he has worked in the capacity of life coach, speaker, mentor, and leadership development consultant with numerous organizations.
Through the experience provided by the U.S. military, professional sports, and other formal training, Jaire uses his perceptive people skills and life coaching expertise to assist clients in defining their abilities, purpose, goals, and measurable outcomes in order to ensure individual success.
Jaire has dedicated his life to inspiring others to live out their life purpose. Standing tall at 6'8" has provided Jaire with a "bird's-eye-view" perspective to identify solutions to complex problems. He's a strong leader, father, confidant, mentor, and advocate.
Be it Veterans, adults, athletes, or youth, Jaire believes everyone has the capability to be great through the recognition of purpose and the perfection of each individual's unique talents and abilities. "Providing today's underdogs the tools for tomorrow's opportunities," continues to be Jaire's mantra. Through life coaching, Jaire aims to add value to peoples' lives.
