Broad Run Ridge is a small community within Landenberg, consisting of 39 single family homes designed by Wilkinson Builders for the unique characteristics of the ridge that runs through the development. It is a deed restricted community, in harmony with the wildlife of its 22+ acres of common area and a 4 acre scenic pond. Beyond the common area and pond, sits an active horse farm and the Wilkinson Farm... Broad Run Ridge has an active community-run HOA (Home Owners Association) and currently has seven board members.
