Welcome to the Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital Foundation, a 501(C)3 non-profit, charitable volunteer organization, led by a volunteer board of directors and a full-time Executive Director. Together, they work to promote and support Community Memorial Hospital, CMH Raiter Family Clinic and Sunnyside Health Care Center through fundraising, bequests, and solicitations. CCMH Foundation was formed as a non-profit, charitable corporation in 1987, and today-decades later, because of our generous supporters, we are stronger than ever!
