Cryo-Electron Tomography (cryo-ET) is one of the most advanced technologies to visualize molecular machines in situ. We aim to streamline a high-throughput cryo-ET pipeline for high resolution imaging of molecular machines and cells...
Visualizing Molecular Machines in Cells: Our laboratory is dedicated to developing a high-throughput cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET) pipeline for high-resolution structure determination of molecular machines in cells. Our state-of-the-art imaging system has been utilized to gain molecular insights into fundamental biochemical processes: bacterial motility, chemotactic signaling, protein secretion, and DNA translocation.
