I have been consulting since 2007, prior to which I worked in the tech as an accounting manager and Controller, as well as an auditor in public accounting. I received my BA in Economics from Sonoma State University and am a Certified Public Accountant (active) in the state of California... I specialize in assisting entities in accounting for complex technical accounting issues, audit preparation and SEC reporting.
