Mrs. Gerber is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer who specialises in all forms of Property transfers and Property Law. She did her articles with a Conveyancing firm in Pretoria and Since her admission, she practiced as Conveyancer with her focus on general conveyancing matters with special emphasis on Deceased Estate Transfers and Sectional Title matters.
Mrs. Pheiffer is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer who specialises in all forms of Property transfers and Property Law with special emphasis on Township Development. She did her articles with a Conveyancing firm in Pretoria and as such picked up vast knowledge regarding not only general conveyancing work, but also in the specialised field of township establishments/developments and dealings with various such developers. She has handled numerous township projects successfully in the past, and is involved in future developments on an ongoing basis.
Ms. Dignam is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary who specialises in all forms of Property transfers and Property Law. She did her articles with a well-established law firm in Pretoria during which she gained experience in various fields including conveyancing and with a focus on estate late transfers and transfers from insolvent estates. Since her admission she has practised as a Conveyancer and Notary dealing with a variety of matters including general conveyancing, full title and sectional title transfers, estate late transfers, donations, bond registrations on behalf of the major banks, bond cancellations, drafting and registration of antenuptial contracts and notarial bonds as well as the administration of deceased estates.
