GUILLAUME GOMIS

Guillaume is a member of the Paris bar and specialized in intellectual property and new technology. He earned a certificate from the French Bar Association recognizing that he is a certified specialist in intellectual property. He was awarded a postgraduate degree in business law (University of Paris la Sorbonne) as well as postgraduate degree in digital and new technology law (University of Paris South). Prior to founding GOMIS & LACKER Avocats, Guillaume had experience as an outside counsel as well as an in-house counsel. Guillaume first worked in various law firms specialized in business law with a focus on corporate law and contract law. He subsequently worked in the legal department of the number one French national radio group RADIO FRANCE for 9 years. For 5 years, he was legal manager and managed a team of 5 in-house lawyers. He was an active member of the Copyright group of the European Broadcasters Union (EBU is the professional association of national broadcasters that negotiates and advocates for interests of public broadcasters in Europe). He was elected to the Legal and Policy Committee of EBU. Guillaume's practice encompasses advice and litigation in IT, new technologies, creative industries such as music, audiovisual, radio, television, podcast, digital experience, live performances, art. Guillaume teaches at the Gobelins (A school of applied arts, print and digital media managed by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and writes articles for legal reviews. He is a member of the IAEL (International Association of Entertainment Lawyers), of the AFPIDA (Association Française pour la Protection Internationale du Droit d'Auteur), INTA (International Trademark Association) and AFCPD (French Association of Data Protection Officer). LUCILLE BERTHIAUX

Lucille is a member of the Paris bar. Her practice focuses on copyright, trademark law, new technologies and personal data law and labour law. Lucille holds a Master's degree in labour law (University of Paris la Sorbonne), a Master's degree in industrial property and health industries (Paris VIII) and a University Diploma in Judicial Studies and Practices (University of Paris la Sorbonne). She completed her training in law firms specialized in intellectual property and with the President of Chamber 5-1 of the Paris Court of Appeal, specialized in intellectual property. She also holds a University Diploma of Data Protection Officer (DPO). After a first experience in a law firm specialized in intellectual property and media rights, Lucille joined Gomis & Lacker Avocats.
