HR ONTRACK - Key Persons
Bridy Sargant, HR OnTrack Founder, has over 15 years experience as a HR and L&D practitioner and has a post-graduate degree in Human Resources. She has been working as a HR/L&D consultant, providing innovative solutions for a variety of organisations, for over 7 years.
Bridy's law degree and five years as a lawyer at Clayton Utz gives her an advantage in understanding and managing compliance issues. As a university lecturer she taught law specialising in contract, property and business law as well as human resources management.
Bridy has worked in the legal, not-for-profit, manufacturing and health sectors (public and private) and understands small to medium business. She likes to work in close partnership with organisations to identify their HR and L&D needs and implement them in the most cost effective and timely manner, utilising her Executive Coaching skills to provide support to both the management team and staff.
