IG is a wholly owned Qatari company. Currently the business is a fully owned subsidiary of Dyarco International Group. As a result of Ebrahim Al Neama and Sons Holding Group's acquisition of the entire shares of Al Sawari Holding in Dyarco International Group with effect from January 2021, Intergroup is now effectively owned by Ebrahim Neama and Sons Holding Group... Intergroup was established in 1985, and is currently owned by Dyarco International Group, which in turn is owned by Ebrahim Al Neama and Sons Holding Group (ENHG)
