Ashleigh Cote

Ashleigh has 13 years of experience in the live events industry, with three years in trade show events and ten years in AV/IT for corporate events and associations. Managing programs for clients such as the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, NetApp, the American Society of Retinal Specialists, and Allscripts, Ashleigh has been around a wide variety of corporate and association meetings and events. She speaks proficient German, graduated Cum Laude from Michigan State University, and is a board member of MPI and Heels and Handshakes. In 2018 she was awarded the Supplier of the Year award from MPI Tennessee and earned her CMP designation. Ashleigh enjoys playing in the Nashville Community Band, water skiing, volunteering with teenagers, and traveling with her husband and their dogs.

Chelsea Blake

Chelsea was born and raised in Las Vegas, and brings years of event operations experience to the company. She worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Downtown Grand Hotel and Casino where she assisted in launching a social media and branding campaign of over seven venues, and later became Convention Concierge at Aria Resort and Casino. Chelsea left her job as Executive Meetings Manager at Park MGM where she assisted in transforming and rebranding the property. As if her well-rounded knowledge and expertise in events wasn't enough, Chelsea also has traveled to over half of the United States, with a goal to visit all 50 in her lifetime. When she isn't traveling or working, she's either hanging out with Mickey at Disneyland or admiring her constantly growing collection of shoes.

Katie Curtis

Katie graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2012 with degrees in both Accounting and Business Management, and has been crunching numbers ever since. She moved to Nashville soon after graduation, and brings 8 years of accounting experience to the MRE team as our Senior Staff Accountant. Katie resides in Hendersonville with her husband, baby girl, and two German Shepherds. Her experience, love for Nashville, and work ethic make her a dream team member.

Katy Collins

Katy began her journey with Maple Ridge Events in 2013 as a part-time employee. She moved to Nashville, with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a love for music. Her involvement with the University Programming Board at Walsh University gave her a small taste of the event industry, so began her journey into the world of Destination Management. Starting out as Resource Coordinator for Maple Ridge, Katy cultivated vendor partnerships in the Nashville market, learned everything she possibly could about what makes Music City great, and lent a helping hand wherever she could. In 2015, Katy took over as Finance Manager at Maple Ridge Events. One of her favorite achievements was conceptualizing and executing the submission video that helped our company become a Hosts Global DMC of The Year! Growing up in the theater throughout her childhood, Katy is a singer/songwriter at heart, and loves showcasing her creativity through lyrics and melodies. Katy is excited to be back at Maple Ridge Events, stepping into another creative role within the company as Marketing Manager. Katy enjoys unplugging from technology when she can, a solid round of golf and laughing every single day with her wife Erica and their fur ball babies.

Kayla Manci

After a short stint as a pre-pharmacy major, Kayla realized she had a passion for numbers and switched to accounting. She graduated from the University of TN, Martin in 2009 with a BS in Accounting and now helps keep numbers and finances on track as the Controller for Maple Ridge Events, a Hosts Global Member. She completed her MBA in 2011 from Bethel University and has worked as the Finance Director for the City of Dresden, TN (her hometown) as well as for Tri Star Sports & Entertainment, managing the finances and personal accounting for celebrities. Kayla has called Nashville home since 2011. She has a love of pizza that borders on obsession (Five Points Pizza is her top pick for Nashville pizza places). Kayla and her husband Andrew are dog parents to two fat, lazy pups named Bella and Jackson.
