Intrinsically, we are about bringing people together with delicious food that comforts the soul. We want to share all of our favourite Mediterranean recipes with you, passed down to us through generations and collected from our travels. We are passionate about the freshness and quality of the produce we cook with, just like our grandmothers taught us. We prefer to go to the markets directly to hand pick the freshest and most local produce. The ingredients we use and our passion for cooking with the seasons is what makes our food so special... We wanted to create a place to invite our community to come together over food. To find comfort, connection and joy by sharing food together as our parents did in their village in Greece and in our neighbourhood growing up... For over 27 years, Manolas Brothers Deli Bar Bistro continues to feed people from the heart Mediterranean style, in their Gold Coast restaurant.
