Craig Schadow

Dr. Schadow has enjoyed providing chiropractic and acupuncture services to the people of the northern suburbs for decades. Chiropractic has so much to offer as a natural healing method. Dr. Schadow can offer traditional manual manipulation or the gentler instrument adjustments. These methods are effective, safe and cost effective.Used in combination with acupuncture and massage therapy it is an unbeatable combination. More people seek help through this non-drug, non-surgery profession than any other. Dr. Schadow commonly sees patients who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, work injuries or sports activities. Neck, back and extremity complaints as well as other joint, muscle and nerve conditions can often effectively be treated with chiropractic. Outside of work Dr. Schadow enjoys outdoor activities including biking, pickleball and cabin time. He also enjoys playing keyboard in a rock band. He lives in Maple Grove with his wife, Lisa, and they spend much time with their 2 daughters and their husbands, as well as their two grandchildren.

David Anderson

David Anderson received his bachelor's degree from Saint Olaf College in 2010 and his doctorate in physical therapy from Saint Catherine University in 2013. He became interested in physical therapy at a young age after a number of sports injuries resulted in positive physical therapy experiences. Realizing how helpful it can be in helping patients reach their goals and return to their favorite activities, he was motivated to pursue a career in physical therapy. He believes that an individualized, patient centered approach is essential to quality care. Educating the patient and empowering them to take control of their treatment plan are an important part of this patient centered care. David uses a variety of manual therapy techniques including different types of soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization and manipulation, corrective and home exercises to address key components of flexibility, mobility and stability to fully address each patient's individual needs. He has a focus on spine care but also treats a variety of extremity and other conditions. David has been an avid runner and soccer player his entire life and continues to enjoy these activities regularly. He also enjoys cycling, traveling and spending time with his family.

Dr. Christopher Johnson

Dr. Christopher Johnson has over 20 years of experience treating a wide array of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. He utilizes the most effective manual therapies complemented by the most current diagnostic methods. Early in his career he became fascinated with whiplash injuries and has dedicated his postgraduate studies to becoming an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of such spinal ligament injuries. He holds postgraduate certifications in neurology, spinal trauma, whiplash and brain injury traumatology, low-speed rear-impact auto crash reconstruction, and spinal soft tissue injury. Chris is also very skilled in handling the difficult medical-legal aspects of motor vehicle cases and worker's compensation claims. Sports play a big part in Dr. Johnson's life and nothing brings him more joy than watching his daughter play fast-pitch softball and volleyball, and his son play hockey and baseball. Personal hobbies include fishing, cooking/grilling, traveling and exploring the outdoors.

Sandra Ohlenschlager

Sandra Ohlenschlager received her Bachelor's Degree in Physical therapy in 1986 at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Her own experience with physical therapy led her to fall in love with the profession since it was inspiring for her to help patients return to their prior level of function. She started working in a hospital setting and transferred into working in outpatient clinics. She has worked in an outpatient setting for 30+ years. During her time working with outpatients she became interested in working with patients who have chronic pain and soft tissue injuries which led to her specialization in those fields. When she is working with patients they are important to her both as a patient and as a person. She listens to what patients say and makes that the focus of the treatment plan. She works with patients to help solve their problems to the best of her ability so they can continue with their lives. In regards to treatment she has certifications in myofascial trigger point and dry needling techniques.

Shawn Steiner

Shawn Steiner brings over 20 years of orthopedic, neurological and sports medicine physical therapy experience to the Twin Cities area. Her physical therapy philosophy is to find the cause of a patient's symptoms and utilize a variety of acquired techniques to minimize them keeping the patient's goal in mind in a team effort approach. Shawn graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Masters of Physical Therapy degree and has earned a certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as Sports Certified Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. Prior to graduate school, Shawn was an Academic All-American Student-Athlete in Cross Country and Track & Field from the University of Iowa earning a B.S. in Exercise Science. Much of Shawn's experience lies in treatment of recreational and competitive athletes with musculoskeletal injuries and has served on Team USA's medical staff for wrestling and track and field. She has also focused on treating patients with chronic pain and industrial rehabilitation. She has attended various courses focusing on hands on/manual therapy, functional movement correction strategies, work-related and athletic injuries, and pain management techniques. Shawn has been a physical therapy private practice owner and has taught physical therapy curriculum at the University of Madison Wisconsin and Oregon State University. In her spare time, Shawn enjoys running and hiking outdoors, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
